Does HayRak come assembled or do I have to put it together myself?
HayRak will be shipped to you disassembled in one box. HayRak’s unique modular design allows you to quickly put together the system. All instructions are documented for you and enclosed with every HayRak. Should you have detailed questions about assembly, you can call us toll-free at 866-926-1117.

How can I get help installing HayRak if I need it?

What does HayRak Cost?

What type of payment methods do you accept?

All orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

What are your shipping options?
HayRak is packaged in one carton and will be shipped to you via common carrier. Shipping charges will be calculated in addition to product cost.

Should you need another form of shipment please contact us at 866-926-1117 to make arrangements. Additional shipping charges beyond our standard shipping charges may apply.

What is your return policy?
Our universal mounting system is guaranteed* to fit your trailer. We will work with you to make sure we have explored every option for a perfect fit. If your HayRak cannot be made to reasonably fit your trailer, we will refund your money upon safe return of the product in the original carton.  *Some limitations apply.
